My Work Philosophy:

Due to our rapidly expanding digital world, when running a business time tends to feel like it is never on your side, remaining efficient with our time and focused towards data inspired decisions has become one of the most challenging things to do quickly, successfully and dependably - therefore I want to simplify it for you!

I seek businesses with compassion and purpose in the world. I won't just work with any business with a problem and budget to fix it. My ideal work environment means boundaries and expectations will be set in order to keep productive communication to build our professional relationship. At the end of the day, we both expect to return to our family/lives and what we do is not life saving work. With that being said;

I bring the culture of a mentor whose has a lot to share and more to learn.  Fostering teamwork takes time, empathy, and trust. Learning about each others interests and motivations goes along way when helping another in the day to day. Some of our best innovations will come out of just connecting with one another and learning about our respective processes. Keeping our focus on building each other up, enables every team member to have a say and will encourage trust and accountability, rather than fear of conflict when discussing milestones, goals and progress, because at the end of the day the team is expected to drive results.
