My Work Philosophy

When you’re running a business, time never feels like it’s on your side. The digital world expands faster than anyone can track. Staying efficient and making data-informed decisions quickly, successfully, and dependably has become one of the hardest parts of the job. My work is to simplify that for you.

I seek out businesses with compassion and purpose. A problem and a budget aren’t enough.

A good working relationship starts with clear boundaries and expectations. They keep communication productive and the partnership honest. We both go home to our families at night, and what we do is not life-saving work. So here’s where I set the bar:

I bring the culture of a mentor: a lot to share, more to learn. Teamwork takes time, empathy, and trust, and learning each other’s interests and motivations goes a long way in the day-to-day. Some of our best innovations will come from simply connecting and comparing how we each work. When we focus on building each other up, everyone gets a say, and trust and accountability replace fear of conflict when we discuss milestones, goals, and progress.
